There’s no doubt about it, hands down, Therapy, one of Chicago’s underrated MCs is long overdue in Hip Hop Culture. A Chicagoan, born and raised on the South Side has always been destined to pick up a mic and bless those surrounding him with his words. Therapy began rhyming at the age 13, his love to Hip Hop and becoming one of the freshest MCs was truly his calling. Therapy’s lyrical style can only be defined by one word, “unbelievable”. To say this, you have to listening to the way he spits his lyrics. Colorful metaphors and witty rhymes can be captured through his 16 bars of schooling those of the daily trials and tribulations most of us face.

Therapy has undeniable skills that captivates the audience when he grabs the mic and begins to flow. Besides being an MC, Therapy also hosted “The Last Crate Hip Hop Show, co-hosted by legendary, world wide DJ 3rd Rail at WCRX-FM, Columbia College radio station. While hosting the show, Therapy has rhymed among Hip Hop’s well-known, respected, MCs; Craig Mack, Notorious B.I.G., Wise Intelligent, and Special Ed, just to name a few. Therapy has also hosted numerous Hip Hop events, througout Chicago, and pretty much everyone knows who Therapy is. Now, Therapy continues to carry out his mission, bring terror to the masses, and salvation to the community- the community of Hip Hop. So here’s the question, “Have you ever seen a fat kid get hype like this before?” We beg to differ.
